How do I set up B2Bpay to integrate with MYOB?

It's easy. Sign up to B2Bpay and follow the prompts to connect your MYOB account. That's it: you are connected and can pay all of your MYOB bills in B2Bpay. If you receive payments through your MYOB invoices, we will help you add a 'Pay with B2Bpay' stamp to your invoices.

How much does it cost to use B2Bpay?

There is no cost to join B2Bpay. When you make a payment, the only fee is a per-payment fee that depends on the card you use. It is generally tax deductible, and B2Bpay provides a tax invoice for it. Current fees start at 1.10% ex GST for Visa and Mastercard and 2.10% ex GST for American Express, and every card and plan is listed on our pricing page. All fees exclude GST. The value of the credit card points and Qantas Points you can earn, together with the cash flow benefit, can outweigh the fee. Confirm deductibility with your accountant.

There is no cost to receive credit card payments from other businesses, because your customers or clients pay the card processing fee. You can choose to absorb this fee instead.

How can I earn Qantas Points by using MYOB?

Each time you use a Qantas Points earning credit or charge card to pay your bills through B2Bpay, you can earn Qantas Points twice: once with your Qantas Points earning card (including government and ATO spend), and again through B2Bpay, up to 3 Qantas Points per $1.50 in payments.^

You can also earn Qantas Points when your customers pay the invoices you send from MYOB: 1 Qantas Point for every $20 paid to you by Visa or Mastercard.**

Terms and conditions

* A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for B2Bpay customers using this link. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the B2Bpay Customer Terms and Conditions.

** B2Bpay Billers will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 of customer payments made by customers using Visa or Mastercard via the Public WebPay payment portal supplied by B2Bpay (an 'eligible payment') and featured on the Biller's invoice or statement template. Excludes failed or refunded payments and may not be available to businesses on enterprise or special pricing plans. Qantas Points will be credited to the Member's Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing info@b2bpay.com.au. Businesses must ensure the ABN registered with Qantas Business Rewards is saved in the B2Bpay customer profile or entered online when paying in order to earn Qantas Points.
