What does B2Bpay cost?

There is no set-up fee and no per-transaction fee. A card payment fee applies to each payment you receive. You choose who pays it:

  • Show the fee to your customer on the payment page, and receiving payments costs your business nothing.
  • Absorb the fee as a business cost. The only charge is the card payment fee below.

If you absorb the fee, the card processing fees are: Visa / Mastercard standard cards 1.3%, Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards 1.65% and American Express 2.2%, with no transaction fees.

These fees replace any merchant service fee you pay today, and you and your customers earn Qantas Points on eligible payments. The RBA's rules on passing card costs on to customers changed on 1 October 2026, so talk to the team about which option suits your business; see what the RBA changes mean for your business.
