What is Points Accelerator Plus?

Short answer: Points Accelerator Plus is an option you choose when making a payment through B2Bpay. It earns 1 bonus Qantas Point for every $1 you pay, by bank account or by card, for your Qantas Business Rewards account.*

Do I need to be a Qantas Business Rewards member?

Yes. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. The one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST that normally applies is waived for B2Bpay customers who join through B2Bpay's link.

How much does Points Accelerator Plus cost?

On bank payments, one low fee of 1.87% (tax deductible). On card payments, an additional fee of +1.7% (tax deductible) on top of the card processing fee. The applicable fee is displayed when you set up a biller and when you make a payment.

When are Qantas Points credited?

Qantas Points are credited to your Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend.

Why haven't my Qantas Points arrived?

Check that the ABN registered with Qantas Business Rewards is saved in your B2Bpay customer profile, or entered online when you pay; without it, points can't be credited. Any claims about Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing support@b2bpay.com.au.

Is there a cap on the points I can earn?

There are no caps on earning points on bank payments with Points Accelerator Plus. On card payments, you can maximise points earned up to the threshold of your credit card.

Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the B2Bpay Customer Terms and Conditions. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $7 paid to the ATO by card, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 paid to all other billers by card, 1 Qantas Point for every $3 paid to a biller by bank account for Bank Accelerator standard and 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to a biller by bank account or card for Points Accelerator Plus. Members can also earn up to 3 Qantas Points per $1.50 paid to B2Bpay Bonus Billers. See the list of current B2Bpay Bonus Billers. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members' Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing support@b2bpay.com.au. B2Bpay Billers will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 of customer payments made by customers using VISA or Mastercard via the Public WebPay payment portal supplied by B2Bpay (an 'eligible payment') and featured on the Biller's invoice or statement template. Excludes failed or refunded payments and may not be available to businesses on enterprise or special pricing plans. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members' Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing support@b2bpay.com.au.
