Short answer: Sign up as a B2Bpay biller and add the payment link to your invoices, directly from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks or any template. Customers click, pay by card or bank account on a secure branded page, and you receive the funds by EFT within 3 business days.
No new banking, no IT changes, no setup fee stated. The link works on emailed or printed invoices, and your accounting software is updated when the invoice is paid.
You do not need to accept cards yourself today. B2Bpay accepts the card payment and passes it to you as a bank transfer, so your existing processes stay the same.
Receiving and making payments live in the same platform, so your payables earn points too. See making payments.
A card payment fee applies per payment received, ex GST. You can absorb it as a business cost or show it to your customer on the payment page; the team can talk through what suits your business.
| Payment type | Fee (ex GST) |
|---|---|
| American Express | 2.5% |
| Mastercard / Visa premium | 1.6% |
| Mastercard / Visa standard | 1.6% |
| Apple Pay / Google Pay | 1.6% |
| PayTo | 0.75% |
| Bank account | 0.50% |
| International cards | 3.6% |
No setup or monthly fee is stated. The RBA's rules on passing card costs to customers changed on 1 October 2026 (see rba.gov.au), so talk to the team about which option suits your business. This is general information, not legal advice.
No. If one of your customers pays you through B2Bpay you simply receive an EFT or BPAY payment. Registering as a biller gives you your own payment link, a login to track payments, downloadable reports and the ability to earn Qantas Points.
BPAY payments arrive with the customer's BPAY reference, and EFT payments arrive individually with the reference your customer provided. If you connect Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, each payment is recorded against the invoice automatically. Your biller login also lists every payment.
You never handle cards. B2Bpay accepts the card payment on its secure page and passes the funds to you by EFT or BPAY with a reference you can match. Your customers get another way to pay without you changing invoicing, banking or payment processes, and you never see or store card numbers.
Yes. Customers who are Qantas Business Rewards members and enter their ABN on your payment page earn Qantas Points on what they pay you, and they earn their own card points. Bonus Billers offer extra Qantas Points on top. It costs you nothing extra to offer this.
Yes. The team can help you add the payment link to any invoice template or email. You will still receive funds by EFT within 3 business days and can track payments in your biller login. Many billers simply add the link to their email signature or PDF invoice template.
A small number of industries and payment types are excluded under card scheme rules, for example financing and payments between related entities. The team confirms eligibility during sign-up, usually in the same conversation that sets up your payment link. Call 1300 205 575 if you are unsure.
Whether you run a professional services firm, agency, retail business or trade company, B2Bpay makes it easier to get paid.
