B2Bpay for accounting and bookkeeping businesses
B2Bpay helps Australian accounting and bookkeeping firms get paid faster with a card payment link on their invoices, pay their own suppliers and the ATO by card, and reconcile everything in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, while earning points on both sides.
Why do accounting and bookkeeping firms use B2Bpay?
Short answer: To get paid faster and to pay smarter. A payment link on your invoices lets clients pay by card or bank account online and reconciles automatically; the same platform lets you pay suppliers and the ATO by card and earn points, with every payment recorded in your accounting software.
B2Bpay accepts all major cards and Australian bank accounts and integrates with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, which update automatically when invoices are paid. It is operated by Zenith Payments Pty Ltd in Mascot, NSW, and used by more than 40,000 Australian businesses.

Frequently asked questions
Can I run B2Bpay for my clients?
Yes. B2Bpay supports multiple user logins, so a bookkeeper can operate a client's account to pay suppliers and the ATO by card, with payments recorded to the client's Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks file. Each user has their own credentials, so access can be managed as staff change.
Is there a cost to receive payments?
No setup or monthly fee is stated. A card payment fee applies per payment received, which you can absorb or show to the client on the payment page. See accept card payments for current rates. The team confirms pricing for your practice.
Does it work without Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks?
Yes. The team can add the payment link to any invoice template, and you can pay bills directly in the portal. Integration simply removes data entry. Funds still arrive by EFT within 3 business days, and your payment history is downloadable for manual recording.
What about the ATO's 2027 credit card change?
The ATO stops accepting credit cards directly after 30 June 2027. Through B2Bpay you and your clients can keep paying the ATO by card because B2Bpay pays by bank transfer with the PRN. See keep paying the ATO by card.
Is the platform fee deductible for my clients?
The fee is itemised on a downloadable tax statement and is generally a business expense. As the adviser, you confirm the treatment for each client. See platform fees, GST and tax deductions. GST on the fee is itemised separately.
