One referral is just the start. You and each business you refer earn 5,000 B2B Points when the referred business pays $10,000 within 90 days, with milestone bonuses on top.*
- New businesses only. The business must not have held a B2Bpay account before and must sign up through your link or code.
- AU$10,000 within 90 days. Counted from the day their account opens, in payments that settle through B2Bpay. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks and transfers between their own accounts don't count.
- Points in about 14 business days. Points are typically credited to both accounts within 14 business days of the referral qualifying.
- 18 months to use them. Referral points expire 18 months after they are credited, unless stated otherwise.

Who can refer a business?
Any business with an active, verified B2Bpay account in good standing that has completed B2Bpay's KYC onboarding. Your referral link is in your B2Bpay dashboard at points.b2bpay.com.au/refer-earn.
Who counts as a new referral?
A business that has never held a B2Bpay account, signs up through your unique referral link or code, and completes onboarding and KYC verification. Businesses under common ownership with you, or sharing a director, ABN, beneficial owner or registered address, are not eligible, and nor are B2Bpay employees, contractors and their immediate families.
What does the referred business have to do?
Process a cumulative AU$10,000 in qualifying payments through its B2Bpay account within 90 days of opening it. Qualifying payments are payments made or received that have settled through B2Bpay, excluding refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks and transfers between the business's own or related accounts.
When are the points credited?
Typically within 14 business days of the referred business meeting the AU$10,000 in 90 days requirement. B2Bpay may hold points while it reviews a referral.
When do milestone bonuses count a referral?
Only once that referral has qualified. A referral still working towards AU$10,000 within 90 days does not count towards a milestone until it gets there. Each milestone bonus is paid once, and there are no further milestones after 20 referrals.
Do referral points expire?
B2B Points earned through Refer & Earn expire 18 months from the date they are credited, unless stated otherwise. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between B2Bpay accounts.
