Easily add credit card payments to your Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks invoices and accept payments online directly from them. If you don't use any of these programs, we will step you through adding a payment link to any invoice.

Which industries does B2Bpay work with?

B2Bpay works for most Australian businesses, with dedicated pages for accounting and bookkeeping, financial advisers, building and construction, law firms, pharmacy and medical, IT and communications, marketing, manufacturing, transport and logistics, travel, childcare, horse racing, commercial real estate, recruitment and trades. A small number of industries and payment types are excluded under card scheme rules.

Does it cost anything to receive payments?

Receiving payments is at no cost to you when the card processing fee is shown to your customer on the payment page, or you can choose to absorb it. The team will talk through which option suits your business under the RBA rules that changed on 1 October 2026.

Can I pay suppliers who don't accept credit cards?

Yes. You pay by card through B2Bpay and your supplier receives a normal bank transfer or BPAY payment. You earn full card points, including on ATO, government, telco, insurance and utility payments.

Does B2Bpay work with my accounting software?

Yes. B2Bpay connects with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, so you can add a payment link to your invoices, click and pay your bills, and reconcile automatically. If you use other software, the team will help you add a payment link to any invoice.
