A Pay Advantage alternative with lower costs and more options

Looking for a Pay Advantage alternative? Here is how B2Bpay compares for Australian businesses that invoice their customers: no transaction fee on top of the card fee, Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks integration, and Qantas Points for getting paid.

Is B2Bpay a good alternative to Pay Advantage?

Short answer: For Australian businesses that invoice their customers, often yes. B2Bpay charges no transaction fee on top of the card fee, gives you the option to show the fee to your customer, connects to Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, and earns you Qantas Points for getting paid.** Set-up is simple and support comes from an Australian-based team.

"We're so glad we got started with B2Bpay. It is now free for us to accept card payments from our clients via our QuickBooks invoices, and the funds are deposited in our bank account within 3 business days."

Lower cost, with no transaction fees

If you absorb the card processing fee, B2Bpay has one of the most attractive fee structures on the market. If you pass it on, lower processing fees with no transaction fee on top are good news for your customers too.

Pricing for receiving payments

If you absorb the fee, the card processing fees are: Visa / Mastercard standard cards 1.3%, Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards 1.65% and American Express 2.2%, with no transaction fees.

You choose how the fee is handled: absorb it as a business cost, or show it to your customer on the payment page. There is no transaction fee on top. The RBA's rules on passing card costs to customers changed on 1 October 2026, so the team will talk through which option suits your business.
