How much does it cost to make payments with B2Bpay?
A standard, tax-deductible processing fee applies to every payment: a credit card processing fee (from 1.2% excl. GST) or a bank account processing fee (0.65% excl. GST). The applicable fee is displayed when you set up a biller and when you make a payment. These are the Earn Qantas Points platform fees published with this offer.

How much does it cost to accept payments with B2Bpay?
Nothing, as your customers pay the processing fees, unless you choose to absorb them. If you absorb the fees, they are: Visa / Mastercard standard cards 1.4%; Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards 1.8%; American Express cards 2.5%; Apple Pay / Google Pay 1.8%; international cards 3.58%.
These fees replace any existing merchant service fee or surcharge, and you and your customers earn Qantas Points on eligible payments.
Do my customers earn Qantas Points too?
Yes. If your customers or clients are Qantas Business Rewards members and enter their ABN on your payment page, they earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 paid to you.** Your branded payment page makes this clear, so they know what to do and that they earn points for paying.
