Download your tax statement in a few clicks
As a business, you can likely claim your B2Bpay processing fees as a tax deduction. Log in, open your Payment History, pick the dates and download a printable statement, a CSV for Excel or an OFX file for Xero or MYOB. Then share it with your tax accountant.
Short answer: Log in to B2Bpay, click View Payment History on your Dashboard, choose the date range (for a full financial year, 1 July to 30 June), then choose Print Invoice, CSV Download or OFX Download.

| Button | What you get | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Print Invoice | A printed statement showing your customer tax invoice summary. | Handing a paper or PDF summary to your accountant. |
| CSV Download | A CSV file you can open in Microsoft Excel. | Sorting, filtering or adding the figures yourself. |
| OFX Download | An OFX (Open Financial Exchange) file: a text file containing your payment data. | Importing into accounting software such as Xero or MYOB. |
Skip the download: connect your accounting software
Instead of importing an OFX file each time, you can connect B2Bpay to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. Your payments are then automatically categorised and reconciled each time you pay, with the B2Bpay fee recorded as an expense.
See the Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks integration FAQs and how to pay bills from your accounting software.
Claiming your fees at tax time
B2Bpay's processing fees are generally a business expense, and your statement shows the fees you paid in the period. Share the statement with your tax accountant, who can confirm what you can claim for your structure and circumstances. For how GST applies to the fee and what is deductible, read B2Bpay platform fees, GST and tax deductions explained.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the View Payment History button?
On your Dashboard, straight after you log in to B2Bpay. It opens a list of every payment, which you can filter by date before downloading.
What dates should I pick for my tax return?
The Australian financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June, so select 1 July of one year to 30 June of the next. Your accountant may ask for a different period, for example a quarter for your BAS.
Can I open the statement in Excel?
Yes. Choose CSV Download and open the file in Microsoft Excel or any spreadsheet program.
What is an OFX file?
OFX stands for Open Financial Exchange. It is a text file containing your payment data that accounting software such as Xero or MYOB can import. If you connect B2Bpay to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks instead, payments are categorised and reconciled automatically and you do not need to import a file.
Are B2Bpay fees tax deductible?
As a business you can likely claim your processing fees as a tax deduction. Confirm your position with your tax accountant. See fees, GST and tax deductions.
